Victor Manuel Carrillo de Anda was born in Tijuana B.C. Mexico.  At the age of 7 his family moved to Lemon Grove, CA where he grew up and still lives. As a young man he played baseball and soccer.  He likes to watch all sports especially soccer.  His favorite team is PUMAS de la U.N.A.M.
