Analysis

Q: How are the final results given? 
A: After each run you will be emailed the final results in an Excel spreadsheet with a description of the analysis. Please make sure to examine the multiple sheets included.

Q: What do my results show? 
A: The end result of the analysis will be the fold modulation between your control samples and the experimental samples, or in the case of ddPCR assays, the copy # values of your samples.

Q: Can I use the normalized ng amounts in a presentation or paper? 
A: No, unless the cDNA concentration is given, these results are only relative and do not represent the absolute ng amounts found in each sample. The fold modulations are best used for presentations and papers.
