Luana Rebello was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the U.S. to pursue her studies. She recently moved to San Diego after earning her B.S. in Biology at Moravian University. Before joining the CFAR as an HIV Lab Technician, she worked for a pharmaceutical company as a microbiologist. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, learning new crafts, and spending time with friends and family.
