The Clinical Investigation Core is supported by the Center for AIDS Research, by NIH and other grants, and by pharmaceutical companies that sponsor clinical trials of investigational new drugs.
However, for funded research projects there is an expectation that
a) budgeting will be in place for Core faculty and/or staff and supplies to provide the services needed or
b) Use the CI core recharge mechanism (see table below).
