Cite the CFAR

Sidebar

As an NIH-funded P30 program, SD CFAR-supported studies and programs are evaluated on the basis of subsequent publications and peer-reviewed funding. Please help us by acknowledging the San Diego CFAR and its grants, service cores, and programs in your publications, abstracts, grant proposals, and presentations. Do this correctly and we'll be very happy to list your papers on our website.

You are also welcome to include the San Diego CFAR logo in slide presentations and posters resulting from CFAR support.

Why is this important?

To ensure timely CFAR funding, peer-reviewed papers resulting from CFAR grants and administrative supplements must list the CFAR grant number.

In addition, papers resulting from CFAR DevelopmentalInternational Pilot, and Visiting Researchers awards must conform to the NIH public access policy. Noncompliant papers may delay CFAR funding and may limit our ability to award these internal grants.
