New Investigators

At UC San Diego, your first point of contact for additional training is likely to be the Office of Faculty Affairs.

Prepare for your academic review

Dr. Natasha Martin is Co-Director of the SD CFAR BAM Core and a collaborating researcher on UC San Diego's Return to Learn initiative. In April and July of each year, Dr. Martin offers workshops to help emerging investigators prepare files for their academic reviews. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Martin is meeting with investigators individually via Zoom. Check for schedules and registration details here and in our weekly SD CFAR announcement email.

For women only!

Check out the Women in Health Sciences (WIHS) Committee, which promotes leadership and networking for women in academic medicine.
