Progress Report

Sidebar

The SD CFAR is required to submit annual progress reports to the NIH to document our efforts and secure the next year's funding.

We will ask you to provide the following forms and information about your SD CFAR International Pilot grant(s). The NIH updates their forms frequently, so we will distribute the most current forms as needed.

  • Progress report: We will ask for new and final status reports and sometimes interim status reports so we can report your activities to the NIH. Along with your project's status, we will ask you to share information about any new collaborations you have formed as well as any new publications and grants that resulted from your SD CFAR-funded research.
  • Publications: Please acknowledge the International Core in any abstracts or publications resulting from your SD CFAR grant. Please email a PDF of each published manuscript that appears in a peer-reviewed journal or send us the URL for online publications.
  • Participant demographics: If your study requires human research participants, you will be asked to provide estimated or actual demographics (age, race, sex, ethnicity) to ensure adequate plans to enroll a wide range of people. While your particular study is not required to include women and/or minorities, we are required to submit these reports for all studies involving human research participants.
  • Ethics approvals: If we do not have copies of international ethics and U.S. IRB/IACUC approval or renewal for the use of human participants or animals, we will ask for them in preparation of our annual progress report.
