The Genomics and Sequencing Core provides NGS assays on the MiSeq and Ion S5/Ion Chef sequencer for HIV and human host cells. We specialize in HIV integration site assays, single amplicon HIV Pol sequencing and cell sample and library preparation for single cell RNA-Seq applications relevant to the field of HIV cure. We have a designated 10X Genomics Chromium Controller to be used with HIV-infected samples. In addition, we offer targeted amplicon sequencing and genome re-sequencing services.
