Genomics
The Genomics Core laboratory provides expertise in genomics and sequence analysis and develops new services in these fields at the request of core users.
The Genomics Core provides
- Validation of gene expression data and absolute quantitation of gene copy numbers using real-time quantitative qPCR technology (TaqMan and SYBRGreen) and droplet digital PCR (ddPCR).
- Bioinformatics analysis of microarray gene expression data.
